Our Managing Director, Jon Bilson is the current WA Chapter President of the IMC. The Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) is a professional association that promotes excellence and professionalism in management consulting.

The IMC offers professional development programs, accreditations, and certifications to enhance the skills and knowledge of consultants. It provides networking opportunities, advocates for the profession, and fosters knowledge sharing and research.

At Cumberland we make decisions using Rotary’s 4 Way Test which guides Rotarians worldwide in personal and professional life, promoting ethical standards. It was introduced by Herbert J. Taylor in the 1930s and is still widely used today for decision-making and conflict resolution.
