Allan Day

Allan Day has many years’ experience as a leadership professional, consulting to a diverse range of organisations, leading, developing and implementing strategy and major change initiatives. He has senior level consulting and coaching experience in local, state and federal government and his expertise spans across multiple industry sectors. His past career included roles as a Manager within the KPMG’s Business Improvement Practice in Adelaide and as an Executive in the Australian Public Service.

Allan has specialised in leadership development at the crucial front-line and two-up levels given the critical role these levels play in driving culture and organisational performance. He has also coached managers and leaders from strong technical backgrounds, including scientists, engineers, lawyers, accountants, veterinary officers and miners.

Allan’s 0rganisational development philosophy is centred on making a positive difference to the organisations and individuals he interacts with.  He does this through working with stakeholders to understand the challenges from their perspective and offering solutions that are “real” and that fit the purpose. 

Allan’s willingness to engage and empathise at all organisational levels enables him to quickly gain trust that is imperative in driving business strategy and change.
