Tenille Bentley

Tenille Bentley is an award-winning business leader recognised for her contributions to community, culture, diversity, strategy, and leadership. With a career spanning several industries, including education, tech and the arts, Tenille has established herself as a trailblazer in creating innovative and inclusive environments that drive organisational success and community engagement.

She built a seven-figure tech company from the ground up within just two years. Her strategic acumen and visionary leadership have been acknowledged with accolades including the Prime Minister’s Australian Leadership Award for services to the community, the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Women of Influence, finalist for the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year, and, being inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame.

Throughout her career, Tenille has demonstrated an exceptional ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals.  Her approach to leadership is rooted in her commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. As a result, she was engaged as a non-executive director on prestigious ASX listed Australian company boards, often as the first and youngest woman and representative of culturally-diverse and LGBTQIA+ communities, and became instrumental in shaping strategies and governance.

As a recognised keynote speaker, Tenille has consistently advocated for creating workplaces where diverse perspectives are valued and where individuals can thrive regardless of their background.

In the education sector, Tenille has been a driving force behind ELMA Education Pty Ltd, a global education technology program provider enhancing mindset and emotional intelligence with tools and strategies for schools, teachers, children, and their families.  It’s culturally appropriate, neurodiverse and inclusive programs have already been embraced by thousands in India and Asia, and, a proportion of funds from its activities directed to help support the education of underprivileged families in the Philippines.

Her past charity, The Global Good Foundation, reached 40K children in 5 countries, and ensured that in the process of healing disenfranchised families, all parties were included in therapeutic supports, from victims to perpetrators, with an aim of achieving sustainable change.

Tenille excels in identifying opportunities for growth, driving strategic planning processes, and ensuring that organisations remain inclusive and competitive in order to thrive in an ever-evolving market landscape.
