Jon Bilson

Jon Bilson is an accomplished Managing Director and Organisational Development professional with over 20 years of management consulting experience across various industries. With a background in Senior Management and Corporate Psychology, Jon has assisted numerous clients in effecting long-term cultural change and business improvement. He has worked with clients in Government (State and Commonwealth), Banking and Finance, Mining and Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Legal, Engineering, Transport, Education, Health, and Information Technology industries.

Jon is a Registered Psychologist who started his career with KPMG in Perth and Adelaide. He has also held State Manager roles for internationally recognized professional services firms. Currently based in Perth, Jon continues to provide “people-based consulting” services including corporate research, strategy development, change management, and organisational reviews.

Jon’s work involves significant consultation with Boards, Chief Executives, and Senior Management. He is also involved with YMCA WA, Dismantle, and Rotary International, and sits on several Boards. With his vast experience, Jon is committed to helping individuals and teams manage the effects of significant change within their workplace and achieve their desired outcomes through people-focused consulting.
