Jon Haines

Over the past 20 years, Jon has led cultural regeneration, leadership development, and high-performance behaviour. Jon returned to WA after four years as the Gold Coast Suns’ General Manager Football Operations and key leadership roles with North Melbourne and Fremantle.

Jon’s strong understanding of leadership, behaviour, and character comes from his senior leadership experiences in highly scrutinised, fast-paced, and complicated contexts. Jon’s passion for serving others and building highly connected and high-performing settings drives his current job.

Jon’s professional career is supported by substantial university study, including business and organisational leadership postgraduate degrees. Jon is the only Australian to get a fellowship on teenage character development and a Churchill Scholarship. To further understand worldwide best practice in character development and its effects on leadership influence, performance, and cultural dynamics, the fellowship funded an international study tour.
